Yoga Equipment Set

New To Yoga?

Whether it’s your first class or your first in a while, you’ll be fully supported from the moment you walk in.  Amanda creates an inclusive, welcoming environment where students feel comfortable to practice at their own pace—whether that means modifying or deepening poses. Classes are lighthearted yet intentional, offering supportive guidance within a friendly group setting where everyone is encouraged to move in a way that feels right for their body.

What to bring

  • A yoga mat (we have a limited number of complimentary mats available if needed)

  • Water to hydrate and refresh

  • Breathable, movement-friendly attire

  • Shower facilities are available should you wish to freshen up after class—you are welcome to bring any personal items you may need.

What to wear

We recommend clothing that supports ease of movement and stays comfortable as you flow. Many women prefer leggings with a supportive sports bra or fitted top that stays in place during movement. Many men choose athletic shorts paired with a fitted performance top, or opt to practice without a shirt if they feel comfortable doing so.

What to expect

Please plan to arrive a few minutes early. We offer a 15-minute window before and after class for you to settle in, unwind, and enjoy the studio space. For a clean and elevated environment, we ask that all shoes be left just outside the studio door along the hallway.
